Grow In Yourself, Connect With Your People
Jamie L. Thompson, LCSW
Finding a therapist isn’t just about finding someone that specializes in your unique needs. Equally important is finding a good connection with a therapist with whom you can be vulnerable. I want you to feel safe and comfortable in the therapeutic relationship so that you can get the most out of our work together. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to briefly discuss your needs and explore if we are a good fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What therapy do you offer?
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness and self-compassion strategies in addition to techniques from other modalities to tailor my therapeutic work with individual clients. My relational therapy clients will get those techniques as well as therapy influenced by the Gottman method and the Institute for Relational Intimacy. I'm happy to discuss any of this in more detail in a consultation call.
